Training Philosophy Webber International University’s Strength and Conditioning program is primarily directed at helping athletes reach their maximal performance level and preventing injuries. At the base of all training there are staples, we incorporate those staples with sport-specific auxiliary exercises to achieve our primary directive. Intense and diverse methods of resistive, callisthenic and core work are periodized year round to provide programs that implement safety, strength, flexibility, endurance, speed and agility. We also believe it is fundamental to train the mind as well as the body. Utilizing team and character building drills we assist in the development of respect, responsibility, discipline, pride and work-ethic in our student athletes.
