Men's Basketball Team Drop Final Game to Lions

Miami, Fla. – The men’s basketball team end season in Miami, last night (Tuesday, February 23rd), in the opening round of The Sun Conference Tournament, to Florida Memorial University 76-66.
With identical scores at the end of the first half (32-32), the Warriors came up short allowing the Tigers to take a win and move forward in the conference tournament.
Leading the Warriors at the basket was senior, Halston Schaffer, with 25 points. Also contributing were seniors Mark Marlar with 14 points and Tyler Harper with 10.
WIU ends their season 14-15 overall and 7-9 in the conference.
