DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- Kristen LeFan of Webber International has been selected as this week's Sun Conference pitcher of the week conference officials announced today.

 

LeFan earned three wins on the week, pitching three one-hit shutouts against Dordt College, AUM and Indiana Tech. In her victory over No. 22 ranked AUM, the senior pitcher shut down a team that came in averaging a little over five runs and eight hits a game. She struck out 12 against Dordt College, 10 against AUM and eight against Indiana Tech to raise her NAIA leading strikeout total to 176.

 

The Warriors are now 19-12 overall.
