Lake Wales, FL. - Northwood University (FL) was crowned champions of the 18^th Annual Webber Intercollegiate Men's Golf Tournament held at the Lake Wales Country Club. The Seahawks shot 287-279-293 for a tournament low score of 859. They finished 9 strokes ahead of the runner-up, College of Coastal Georgia.

The Webber International team finished in fifth place in the 15 team field shooting rounds of 298-291-290, improving each day on the 6, 767 yards, par 71 course. The Webber Green team finished in the 9th and the Webber Gold team tied for 12^th.

Leading the way for WIU was Jen Johansson, who tied for 12^th individually with rounds of 75-73-71 for a total of 219. Three Webber golfers tied for 14^th place with a 54 hole total of 220. They were Tom Gamble, Gustaf Hydbom, and Bryan Rutherford. One other Webber golfer finished in the top 20 and that was Greg Hughes.
